Use of commissions for any purposes involving and/or related-to cryptocurrencies or non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is strictly prohibited.

Use of commissions for any purposes that are deemed illegal by federal or state law is strictly prohibited. The commissioner will be solely responsible for any and all legal repercussions regarding illegal use of the commissioned work and will hold the artist harmless.

Just because the artist starts on one commission first does not mean it will be finished first. However, commissions will be finished as closely to the estimated completion date (provided prior to invoicing) as possible. (e.g., I have 3 commissions for April. I may start on commission A's sketch first, then commission C's sketch, line art for A, sketch for commission B, color A, line art B, color and finish C, finish A, and finally color and finish B.)

Commissions are only for digital files of the artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon by the commissioner and artist prior to invoicing.

Commission work will not be started until 100% of the invoice has been paid, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the commissioner and the artist prior to invoicing.

The artist will provide a progress screenshot of the commission during the sketch phase. If there are any revisions the commissioner would like the artist to make, the commissioner has twenty-four (24) hours (from the time the progress screenshot was sent by the artist) to request the revisions.

The artist will provide an updated progress screenshot of the commission with the revisions made. At this point, any further revision requests will only be accommodated per the artist's discretion.

The artist may or may not provide additional progress screenshots prior to completion of the commissioned work.

A full resolution digital file will be provided to the commissioner once the artist has completed the work. Details of the resolution and file type to be provided by the artist will be agreed upon by the commissioner and artist prior to invoicing.

It is the commissioner's responsibility to download and save the file provided by the artist within one (1) week of receiving the file or file link from the artist. The commissioned work may or may not be retained by the artist due to storage limitations, so requests for additional copies if the commissioned work is lost or not saved on time by the commissioner may not be honored.

All payments will be in USD. No other currencies will be accepted.

Payments will be made via the artist's invoicing system.

Invoices will be sent once the commissioner and the artist have both agreed upon the commission details in writing.

Invoices are due upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the commissioner and the artist prior to invoicing.

Once payment has been received, no refunds are allowed, unless initiated by the artist due to extenuating circumstances where the artist is no longer able to complete the commission.

Chargebacks are not allowed in any capacity whatsoever.

The commissioner may cancel the commission if payment has not yet been made.

Distribution of the commissioned work or any variation of the commissioned work is strictly prohibited

Creation of merchandise for commercial purposes using the commissioned work is strictly prohibited

Claiming or crediting the commissioned work as your own work is strictly prohibited

Editing, tracing, or modifying the commissioned work in any way, shape, or form is strictly prohibited, unless explicit permission from the artist is granted in writing. If permission is granted, it may only be used in the specific manner agreed upon by the artist

The commissioner may post the commissioned work to social media as long as clear credit to the artist is displayed in the same post

Commissions do not include commercial rights unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by the artist and are limited to the one commission work that it is requested for

Commercial rights must be requested by the commissioner for each individual commission work

Illustrations used for streaming or stream promotion are considered commercial use

An additional commercial license fee will be applied to the base commission price. The fee amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the details of the commission

Commissioner must always credit the artist anywhere the commissioned work is used

The artist reserves the right to decline a commission request for any reason

The artist reserves the right to use any commissioned works as samples for portfolio and other promotional matters. (The commissioner may request that their commissioned work remain private, but this must be agreed upon by both the commissioner and the artist prior to invoicing.)

The artist reserves the right to terminate the commission at any point during the process and provide a refund (full or partial, depending on the conditions) if extenuating circumstances arise. Full refunds will be provided unless the extenuating circumstance is correlated to the commissioner's actions and/or intentions. (e.g., The commissioner displays negligent or distasteful/intolerable behavior towards the artist during the commission process.)

The artist reserves the right to use artistic judgement in completing any commissioned work aside from specifically and explicitly stated aspects of the work agreed upon by both the commissioner and artist prior to invoicing. (e.g., specific outfit details or colors)
